We have loved our time with Dr. Glotzbach thus far, and truly appreciate her insight, knowledge, & feedback. She is so sweet with our baby & very patient. Takes time with you to answer all of your questions during your appointments. Wonderful nursing staff as well!

We have been going to Cradle thru College Care for over 13 years now and have no plans to change. We have been seeing Dr. Glotzbach for several of those years. She is very thorough and experienced and the kids are comfortable around her. Her advice is sound and I really trust her. Anytime we have needed something, the office has been very responsive at getting us in during “sick” hours to see Dr. Glotzbach or another provider if she wasn’t available. We love this practice and have always felt like our kids get the best care here.

Dr. Glotzbach and the staff are amazing. Since covid started, there seems to be a significant wait as you go straight into a room as opposed to spending time in the waiting area. But the reason for this is apparent once you see the staff. They spend so much time making sure they cover all of the bases, and you don't have any questions that go unanswered. They are the best at what they do.

The best pediatricians in Kansas City. Every person in the office - front desk, nurses, nurse practitioner and doctors - are genuinely caring. We always feel valued and in the best hands. As parents we feel like we have an amazing resource supporting us and our children. And added bonus: the kids don’t complain about going to the doctor. In fact, they get excited to see them.

It was easy to get scheduled, we didn’t wait in the waiting room at all, and only a very short time in the treatment room prior to getting started. Paperwork was easy to fill out on the patient portal, and then the nurses, staff and Doctor were wonderful!

Dr. Ellen and her office have been great since the birth of my daughter. We recently temporarily moved to the east cost and we still fly back for my daughter’s regular check ups. Yes, she is that good and she cares too. The nurses are also great, always return calls quickly and knowledgeable. I’m glad we found her.

Dr. Glotzbach has always been friendly, supportive and encouraging. I am a first time mother, although my son is now two, Dr. Glotzbach has been there since he was 5 days old. She has offered wonderful advice from meal tips to getting him to sleep on his own. She also has a wonderful bedside manor. I recommend her to any new mother in need of a pediatrician. The team is wonderful and they have flexible office hours. I have seen several of the other Doctors during Clinic visits and they are all genuine and great with my son.

Cradle thru College is absolutely fantastic! If you’re thinking of switching from your current pediatrician, I highly recommend doing so. Each medical practitioner in this office is amazing. The drs and nurses are all wonderful. My kids primarily see Dr. Glotzbach and she is the best doctor my kids have seen. Drs Glotzbach, Isham and Nurse Practicioner Vincent Nyguen are all fantastic. They’re personable, take the time to get to know your child, listen to your concerns and thoughts. You aren’t just “another number” to them. They actually hear you and return phone calls which is a HUGE deal! Even if your child is sick and there’s no availability that day, they will try their best to squeeze you in. Overall, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My three children (ages 14, 11 and 9) have been well taken care of at Cradle thru College since they were babies. Dr. Glotzbach is our primary doctor and our kids have also been seen by Dr. Ishom and Mr. Nguyen for last minute appointments and we've had great luck with everyone. The entire staff is wonderful and organized and we are able to be seen quickly when we need to. I highly recommend Cradle thru College Care.

Everyone is very attentive and knowledgeable about finding out the real issue and diagnosing and if for some reason they can’t figure it out they will send you somewhere that will.

My family has gone to this pediatrician office for over 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. The office staff is friendly. The doctors, nurse practitioner, and nurses are wonderful. Dr. Glotzbach is amazing.

Dr. Glotzbach was the doctor who saw my son right after he was born 6 years ago. Right then I knew she was the doctor I would take all my kids too. I now have 3 kids and I have never regretted choosing her as my children’s pediatrician. She listens and is caring, and goes above and beyond. We are so thankful for her.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Glotzbach since she was a newborn (she’s now 13). Dr. Glotzbach is gentle and has a great way of connecting with the children and parents. My daughter feels comfortable talking to her and asking questions about the changes her body is going through. She has been a wonderful source of support for me also as I navigate through my daughter’s hormonal changes. Total care for the child and parent is a quality you don’t find in many pediatricians nowadays. The nurses and front desk staff are very friendly and professional, which is always a plus. If you are looking for a practice where the doctors care about you and your child’s well-being, the front desk staff is great and the nurses are awesome then you’ve found the right place .

We have been seeing Dr. Glotzbach for 15 months. She, her partners and staff are kind and compassionate people. They have always been available to see our daughter if needed and I’ve never been made to feel my concerns aren’t warranted. Every phone call has been returned promptly and I’ve always felt exams are thorough and never rushed.Dr. Glotzbach puts emphasis on educating the parents and setting goals. This is much appreciated from a first time mom. Her calm and reassuring demeanor comes with her years of experience and is invaluable as a parent.We’ve also seen Vincent, the NP. Cradle thru College Care has some of the best people. We had originally started seeing a different doctor at a different practice but it was so hard to get into. My mom encouraged me to come here because I myself had seen Dr. Glotzbach when I was born to when I went to college. Like always I should have listened to my mother sooner and came straight here for her needs when she was born, but better late than never! I personally as a patient loved coming here and as a first time parent who now has a toddler loves coming here again. Dr. Glotzbach is the same as I remember her, she is kind, gentle, listens and makes the appropriate suggestions. Granted all the doctors and nurses are so nice and do so well with my girl. They are also easy to get into if something comes up. If you need a reliable doctor you can trust look no further!

I’m so glad we chose Dr. Glotzbach to oversee our son’s care. We selected her without an introductory visit, so we didn’t really know what to expect. After our son was born, she rounded on him in the NICU and called us at the hospital to stay in the loop on his progress. He is now 6 months old, and she has been so available to us every step of the way. We feel like we can ask her anything and she gladly takes the time to explain it to us. She is patient, helpful and very kind. I wish more doctors were like her!
